Q: Can seal any type of bag/plastic? I mean, not to vacuum, just seal?

Q: Can you use it with liquids? (Soups, broth, stews)
A: We recommend that you freeze the liquid first before vacuuming it. You can seal liquids and wet foods without problems just make sure that the sealing area is dry and clean (free of debris, oils).

Q: Does this keep chips fresh?
A: Yes, but since chips will crush with too much vacuuming, most people simply seal them instead of vacuum-sealing them. If you do vacuum-seal, just stop vacuuming before all air is removed (and chips start to break).

Q: Can I just seal bags without vacuuming the air out?
A: Yes, you can create a seal without vacuuming. There is a "Seal" function as well as a "Vacuum/Seal" function.
