EXTENDED WARRANTY SERVICE (ADDITIONAL 1 YEAR)

Our extended warranty service provides you with an additional 1-year guaranteed protection and returns at ShoppyBay. You will be eligible for a replacement unit if anything were to happen to your order within the year, such as a damaged/broken product upon arrival, missing package, or even if the product has stopped working within the warranty duration.

Please note that this is a one time warranty for each individual product.
If you would like to file a warranty ticket, please head over to our Contact Us page or email us at contact@shoppybay.com regarding your order, and we will get back to you with a warranty confirmation form. Please be ready to provide any necessary proof of purchase and/or evidence of a warranty needing to be issued.
